The Technical Program Manager will oversee hardware and software project delivery, manage hardware partners, and facilitate communication between teams in Taipei and San Francisco, ensuring product scalability and quality.

Serve as the local technical expert for AI vision inspection cameras in Europe: install, configure, integrate with PLCs, troubleshoot electrical and signal issues, perform maintenance, train customers, and optimize inspection systems to reduce false rejects and downtime.

Build and run Overview AI's Guadalajara operations hub: establish office and inventory location, implement inventory systems, manage inbound/outbound logistics, customs, vendor relationships, inventory accuracy, serial-number tracking, device preparation, and customer fulfillment. Partner with Finance and Sales, document SOPs, track operational metrics, and continuously improve processes to scale operations in Mexico.
