Teams at Overview

Lead global teams delivering AI-powered computer vision deployments across manufacturing facilities. Own scheduling, staffing, readiness, execution, stabilization, customer acceptance, and operational handoff. Manage customer stakeholders, prevent scope creep, build scalable deployment processes, coach applications engineers and technicians, track deployment performance, and translate field feedback into product improvements. The role requires strong automation expertise, multilingual communication, and travel across China, Vietnam, and the United States.

Design and deploy advanced machine-vision imaging solutions for manufacturing inspections. Own lighting, optics, lenses, filters, spectral methods, and image-quality troubleshooting for challenging parts and production environments. Lead customer deployments, field experiments, training, documentation, stabilization, and project delivery. Support pre-sales solutioning by applying expertise in machine-vision competitors and optical strategies. The role requires Mandarin fluency, working English, strong communication, and independent factory execution.

Own end-to-end recruiting for Overview AI’s China operation, including sourcing, assessing, and closing senior and technical talent. Build regional recruiting playbooks, calibration standards, talent maps, and scalable processes. Advise hiring managers on role definition, candidate evaluation, and market strategy while delivering a high-quality candidate experience. The role also develops manufacturing talent networks, partners with global recruiting leadership, and mentors future recruiting team members in a Shanghai-based hybrid environment.
