Produce Overtone’s in-person events, managing venues, logistics, run-of-show, guests, speakers, and premium member experiences. Capture event moments and turn them into video-led social content for Instagram and TikTok. Coordinate freelancers, develop repeatable city-by-city production playbooks, support community growth, and collaborate with brand and communications teams on creative strategies. The role requires hands-on execution, strong organization, high creative standards, and an established New York network.

Build Overtone’s founding New York City community by recruiting scouts, developing relationships with clubs, hosts, venues, and other communities, creating partnerships and events, and conducting direct outreach to attract diverse, exceptional members. Develop a repeatable city-by-city community growth playbook, collaborate with the Membership Manager on a premium member experience, and execute hands-on in an early-stage startup environment.

Build and own LLM systems and infrastructure for Overtone's product: prompt architecture, evaluation pipelines, model experimentation, serving, fine-tuning (SFT/DPO/RLHF), vector DBs and personalization, observability tooling, and lightweight matching models. Collaborate cross-functionally to deploy reliable, auditable AI features in production.
