Manage small- to mid-sized hotel meetings and events from booking through execution. Build client and community relationships, generate short-term group business, coordinate rooming lists, and create contracts, group resumes, and banquet event orders. Serve as the primary client contact while communicating event details across hotel departments and supporting sales, catering, and hotel operations.

Oversee hotel front office operations, including guest check-in and check-out, guest issue resolution, scheduling, daily reporting, and front desk team leadership. Train and support staff while maintaining exceptional guest service and operational efficiency. The role reports to the Director of Rooms or General Manager and requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
