Lead Overlay's visual identity and product UI as the first in-house designer. Own brand systems, design app screens in Figma, create social and campaign creative, partner with industrial design, and build design infrastructure and AI-assisted pipelines. Hands-on role requiring shipping work and close collaboration with founders and marketing.
