Supports pharmacy information technology systems connected to medication ordering, dispensing, and administration. Maintains and optimizes Epic, automated dispensing systems, medication databases, charging processes, and pharmacy workflows. Troubleshoots system issues, collaborates with IT and Epic analysts, audits financial data, leads quality improvement initiatives, and oversees pharmacy technical support. Participates in pharmacy leadership and helps guide pharmacists and technical staff.

Performs diagnostic radiology examinations using fixed, portable X-ray, and fluoroscopic equipment across hospital departments and inpatient units. Supports emergency, surgical, pain management, and outpatient imaging needs; may float between locations and provide standby coverage. Requires radiology education, Washington X-ray Technician registration, ARRT eligibility and certification, state radiologic technologist certification, CPR, and ongoing CME. Lead-level duties additionally require five years of technical experience and supervisory experience preference.

Researches patient and insurance billing and payment-posting issues, communicates findings, corrects postings, adjusts accounts, processes refunds and contractual adjustments, balances reports, and documents resolutions. The role is full-time remote but requires Washington State residency and focuses on healthcare revenue-cycle operations.
