Lead client relationships and strategic marketing plans across channels. Oversee onboarding, campaign execution, budgets, timelines, and performance measurement. Use analytics, CRMs, marketing automation, and AI tools to scale content, personalize experiences, and identify growth opportunities while collaborating with internal teams to deliver high-impact work.

Serve as primary client contact and marketing advisor, build integrated digital/media/creative strategies, define success metrics, guide campaign execution and optimization, use AI and analytics tools to inform recommendations, map customer journeys, and identify growth opportunities.
