Execute People Ops systems across the employee lifecycle: onboarding, recognition, benefits, offboarding, and HRIS maintenance. Manage events, vendor relations, travel, budgets, and reconciliations. Support IT asset management, partner with Head of People and Finance, and steward culture and recognition programs to embed company values.

Own end-to-end product design for core areas (giving flows, Tap growth, payments, dashboards). Move from strategy to prototypes to production-ready designs, run lightweight research with nonprofits, evolve the design system, collaborate closely with engineering and product, present to leadership, and help define design processes and quality as the company scales.

Lead product positioning, messaging, GTM and launches for a B2B SaaS philanthropy platform. Build PMM function, create sales enablement, drive customer adoption and case studies, own competitive intelligence and user research to inform product and revenue strategies.
