Own end-to-end product design for core areas (giving flows, Tap growth, payments, dashboards). Move from strategy to prototypes to production-ready designs, run lightweight research with nonprofits, evolve the design system, collaborate closely with engineering and product, present to leadership, and help define design processes and quality as the company scales.

Execute People Ops systems across the employee lifecycle: onboarding, recognition, benefits, offboarding, and HRIS maintenance. Manage events, vendor relations, travel, budgets, and reconciliations. Support IT asset management, partner with Head of People and Finance, and steward culture and recognition programs to embed company values.

Build and own RevOps systems connecting Sales, CS, Marketing, and Finance. Lead HubSpot architecture, pipeline hygiene, reporting, automations, playbooks, lead routing, and GTM process alignment. Design dashboards, enforce data standards, and document scalable processes.
