Own the AI platform product backlog, roadmap, prioritization, intake, and delivery sequencing. Ensure AI capabilities are technically feasible, secure, scalable, and tied to measurable user and business outcomes.

Lead the Data Products engineering team by managing delivery planning, people development, engineering quality, stakeholder relationships, data governance, and responsible AI adoption. Partner with product owners, engineering leads, client delivery teams, and executives to prioritize data platform work and maintain consistent sprint delivery. The role oversees multidisciplinary engineers across data engineering, full stack, and QA while supporting modern data pipelines, access controls, and reporting infrastructure.

Manages enterprise paid social programs, including strategy, campaign execution, optimization, testing, reporting, creative trafficking, partner management, and privacy compliance. Leads client relationships, develops omnichannel media strategies, and drives performance toward enterprise-level outcomes. Recruits, mentors, and manages team members while building scalable workflows, QA processes, documentation, and operating rhythms. The role also provides paid social thought leadership and supports cross-functional marketing initiatives.
