Manage full-cycle recruitment: create job descriptions and ads, source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews and onboarding, maintain ATS, develop recruitment strategies, represent employer at job fairs and external outreach.

Perform maintenance, repairs, inspections, inventory tracking, record keeping, and assigned tasks to ensure a safe, pleasant campus. Cover rotations including weekends, on-call, snow removal, and holidays. Comply with federal, state, local, and company policies.

Plan, organize, and lead recreational, social, educational, and wellness programs for residents. Maintain activity calendars and attendance records, support special events, encourage inclusive participation, and coordinate with staff.
