Coordinates clinical department operations by maintaining staff schedules, arranging CNA rotations, tracking attendance and tardiness, updating care assignment cards, and communicating staffing needs to nursing leadership. Supports adequate coverage for resident care, escalates unfilled shifts, coordinates disciplinary follow-up with supervisors and HR, and maintains confidentiality and professionalism.

Manage full-cycle recruitment: create job descriptions and ads, source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews and onboarding, maintain ATS, develop recruitment strategies, represent employer at job fairs and external outreach.

Develop and run recreational, educational, and cultural programs for senior residents; assess needs, coordinate volunteers and external partners, track participation and feedback, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and contribute to strategic planning for resident engagement.
