Prospects enterprise accounts across APAC through cold calling, personalized email, social selling, and inbound lead qualification. Engages senior technology leaders, uncovers digital transformation needs, and schedules qualified meetings. Partners with account executives and marketing on account strategies and campaigns while maintaining accurate CRM and sales engagement data. Participates in coaching, role-plays, and platform training.

Provide advanced technical support for enterprise OutSystems applications. Investigate logs, reproduce defects, perform root-cause analysis, tune IIS and database performance, and resolve network, platform, and application issues. Debug .NET and Java code and web integrations, advise customers during live troubleshooting, and collaborate with engineering and product teams to turn field issues into platform improvements. The role is hybrid in Tokyo with rotational weekend shifts.

Manage strategic enterprise accounts and drive adoption of OutSystems’ AI Development Platform. Conduct technical reviews, create adoption plans, guide development teams in implementing agentic workflows, and advise customers on architecture, governance, security, and performance. Act as a trusted technical advisor and internal customer advocate while collaborating with Product Management and Global Support to resolve challenges and deliver measurable business outcomes.
