Manage marketing expense reconciliations, invoices, receipts, budgets, supplier payments, and financial records. Administer HubSpot CRM, maintain marketing data and reports, support campaign coordination, track project risks, and prepare leadership updates. Coordinate event couriers and merchandise deliveries, manage calendars and meetings, organize marketing assets, provide executive and administrative support, and improve finance and marketing processes.
