Process and reconcile bi-weekly, multi-state payroll; manage payroll taxes, benefits, workers’ compensation, and ADP administration. Administer equity compensation programs, calculate ASC 718 stock-based compensation, coordinate equity tax withholding, and maintain accurate employee tax reporting. Perform month-end close activities, prepare journal entries, reconcile payroll and equity balance sheet accounts, correct accounting entries, and support audits and compliance improvements.

Territory Manager supports the Area Sales Manager to drive Tablo sales and console growth across new and existing accounts. Responsibilities include prospecting, stakeholder engagement (clinical and administrative), product demos, supporting launches and implementations, achieving quarterly sales targets, and building clinical/physician advocacy to grow procedural volume.
