Outset AI Offices

Lead the company’s macOS environment as an onsite individual contributor. Manage the full Apple device lifecycle, Jamf administration, endpoint security, employee support, identity and access workflows, and office connectivity. Build secure automations using Python, shell scripting, APIs, webhooks, and AI tools. Administer Slack and integrations with Rippling, Google Workspace, and Jamf while improving onboarding, offboarding, compliance, documentation, and incident-response processes.

Own strategic enterprise and mid-market customer relationships, serving as a trusted advisor through adoption, renewals, expansion, and long-term success. Develop account plans, drive commercial health, identify growth opportunities, and partner with Sales on expansion. Translate customer feedback for Product and Engineering, forecast retention and growth, and manage executive stakeholder relationships across a portfolio of high-value SaaS accounts.

Supports recruiting operations and events by maintaining ATS data, job postings, interview workflows, candidate communications, reporting, documentation, and scheduling. Coordinates career fairs, networking events, interview days, and virtual events, including vendors, materials, attendees, employee volunteers, and follow-up. Identifies process improvements, tracks event leads in Ashby, and helps strengthen candidate experience and recruiting effectiveness.
