Outset AI Offices

Own and scale Outset’s participant recruitment system across partners, internal processes, and product experiences. Manage vendor performance, negotiations, feasibility, quality, fraud prevention, and recruitment workflows. Build benchmarks, playbooks, training, customer-facing content, and internal tooling while partnering with Product and Engineering to improve recruitment capabilities. The role requires independent program leadership, cross-functional coordination, and deep expertise in digital qualitative research recruitment.

As a Backend Engineer, you will design and optimize backend services, APIs, and data processing, collaborating with leadership and users.

Design and develop frontend interfaces using React and Next.js, lead projects, and enhance user experiences through collaboration with founding team and users.
