Own and expand revenue operations across Salesforce, HubSpot, automations, reporting, ARR data, sales processes, deal desk support, and enablement. Maintain CRM integrity, build workflows, reconcile revenue metrics, create leadership dashboards, enforce pipeline and routing policies, and support AEs and SDRs. The role requires strong Salesforce, spreadsheet, analytics, B2B SaaS, communication, and AI-tool skills.

Build targeted sourcing strategies and diverse talent pipelines for go-to-market roles. Identify and engage passive candidates, create market maps, conduct outreach and initial screens, maintain pipeline data in Ashby, and report on sourcing effectiveness. Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to define talent profiles, improve sourcing channels, support employer branding and referral initiatives, and use market insights to strengthen hiring strategy in a fast-growing startup.

Own product design from concept through launch, with significant responsibility for Outset’s Digital Twins and Simulations Lab. Simplify technically complex systems into clear, trustworthy experiences, collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams, create wireframes and high-fidelity designs, and maintain a high craft standard while iterating quickly. The role requires strong product judgment, customer empathy, communication, and comfort working in an early-stage environment.
