Own Sales Operations for assigned sales teams and lead cross-functional revenue programs. Responsibilities include territory design, forecasting, pipeline and funnel operations, sales process optimization, reporting, dashboard development, business analysis, ABM coordination, and data-driven advisory to sales leadership. The role partners across Sales, Customer Experience, and Marketing to improve conversion, productivity, predictability, and scalable growth.

Leads the vision, architecture, and delivery of Outreach’s multi-tenant knowledge graph and contextual AI platform. Responsibilities include building and managing applied science teams, designing graph schemas and infrastructure, overseeing information extraction and reasoning systems, directing graph machine learning research, and moving models from research into production. The role partners with executive, engineering, product, design, and data leaders while driving measurable business impact through agentic AI, recommendations, risk signals, coaching, and competitive intelligence.

Manage SaaS customer renewals from milestone notifications through completion, maintaining timely communications, accurate forecasts, risk indicators, CRM records, and renewal documentation. Partner with Account Managers, Sales, Revenue Operations, BI, Support, and other teams to save at-risk renewals, protect recurring revenue, and improve customer outcomes. Design and refine renewal workflows and use AI, usage data, and support signals to identify risks and streamline execution.
