Teams at Outreach

Serve as primary People partner for Product, Design, Engineering, Security, and Support leaders. Advise on org design, workforce planning, talent strategy, and employee relations. Lead and develop two distributed Senior People Business Partners. Drive HR programs (performance, promotions, engagement), provide manager coaching, run investigations, deliver data-driven org insights, and enable change during scale across international teams.

Lead and deliver cross-functional, cloud-first business systems programs. Drive scope, schedules, risks, and stakeholder alignment; translate ambiguous business goals into technical requirements; improve processes and integrations (particularly GTM/Salesforce and quote-to-cash); assess architecture and data impacts; and ensure scalable, cross-team delivery.

Identify and engage senior decision-makers across EMEA via multi-channel outreach (45+ outbound calls/day), use Outreach AI Agents and AI prospecting tools to research and sequence accounts, qualify leads and hand off opportunities to Account Executives, maintain Salesforce data, collaborate with marketing and sales, and monitor market and competitive trends.
