The Account Manager drives customer retention and expansion within assigned accounts, managing relationships, renewals, and promoting platform adoption while providing strategic insight.

Lead a team of 8-10 Account Managers focused on commercial customer growth and renewals. Coach on territory planning, pipeline generation, discovery, value-based selling, MEDDPICC deal qualification, forecasting, and using AI-powered sales tools to drive upsell and quota attainment.

Lead end-to-end SAP implementation and NetSuite-to-SAP migration, partnering with Finance, Procurement, IT, and other stakeholders. Manage planning, design, configuration, testing, data migration, integrations, UAT, training, change management, go-live support, and post-implementation stabilization. Define governance, timelines, risks, and documentation while coordinating implementation partners and driving adoption of core finance and procurement processes.
