This internship involves developing machine learning approaches for biological data, designing experiments, collaborating on research, and presenting findings.

Lead scientific strategy for AI-driven drug discovery: select and prioritize targets, evaluate model-generated candidates, manage CRO testing, and drive go/no-go decisions to advance compounds towards real-world validation.

Build and own agent orchestration, inference serving, APIs, and internal tools that turn model capabilities into multi-step workflows. Implement skills/tools for automated and interactive workflows, optimize inference for latency and throughput, integrate models into products, and establish engineering practices like testing, CI/CD, and observability.
