Cross-functional junior operator working on product, onboarding, market launches, finance, and GTM. Own end-to-end workstreams: build models and KPIs, run merchant onboarding, convert compliance steps into playbooks, analyze competitors, debug operational incidents, and automate manual processes with scripts or no-code tools. Work closely with founders and shipping teams in London.

Lead and scale Outpost's partner channel: build pipeline and commercial playbooks, deepen PSP/orchestrator and investor referral relationships, negotiate and close referral and embedded-API deals, create partner MSAs and revenue-share agreements, work with engineering on a Partner Portal, and establish reporting and playbooks to scale partner-driven GMV growth.

This role involves full-cycle sales, including prospecting and closing deals, while also contributing to building Outpost's go-to-market strategies and sales materials.
