Own Outpost’s end-to-end operations across merchant onboarding, KYC/KYB, payments, treasury, compliance monitoring, disputes, payouts, and market launches. Build scalable processes, playbooks, metrics, reporting, and internal tooling with engineering. Lead operational launches, improve automation and efficiency, provide product feedback, and hire and develop the initial operations team. The role requires hands-on leadership in a fast-growing fintech or payments environment.

This role involves full-cycle sales, including prospecting and closing deals, while also contributing to building Outpost's go-to-market strategies and sales materials.

The Risk Manager will build the risk management function, assess risks, ensure compliance, and develop controls for growth across payments and financial crime.
