Designs, automates, secures, and optimizes highly available AWS infrastructure and Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines. Manages Infrastructure as Code, Datadog observability, cloud security, disaster recovery, backups, incident response, capacity planning, and cost optimization. Supports Windows and Linux systems, databases, application hosting, and production deployments while partnering with engineering, security, operations, and vendors. Provides technical leadership, mentorship, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement for business-critical customer-facing platforms.
