Supports systems onboarding, administration, and transitions while gathering business and technical requirements, documenting processes, maintaining SOPs and audit documentation, and coordinating AI use cases. The role works with business, technology, finance, and AI stakeholders, oversees system administration handoffs, supports Microsoft Dynamics implementation, assesses AI requests, tracks SLAs, and provides status reporting. It also contributes to process improvement, governance, and cross-functional stakeholder engagement.

Prepares and submits client invoices based on contract terms, maintains billing records and supporting documentation, configures projects and billing terms in Deltek Vantagepoint, coordinates invoice revisions and collections issues, and ensures accurate supporting charge entries. The role also responds to billing inquiries and collaborates with cash management and accounts receivable teams.

Processes customer orders and supports customer administration during a fixed daily window. Provides bookkeeping support including accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll entry, bank reconciliations, reporting, and record-keeping. Verifies AI-assisted and automated outputs, including Power BI data, for accuracy. Maintains confidential financial and personnel information, coordinates with customers, drivers, management, and external accounting support, and meets recurring weekly, fortnightly, and monthly deadlines.
