Book jobs, close opportunities, onboard customers, coordinate handoffs to operations and driver teams, and identify repeat-business, upselling, and referral opportunities.

Provides financial support for projects by managing forecasting, revenue recognition, billing, collections, reporting, profitability reviews, contract administration, and resource planning. The role reviews project setups, monitors accounts receivable and unbilled balances, validates billing terms, coordinates with project teams and clients, maintains financial records, and supports compliance, risk management, project closeout, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Processes customer orders through supplier, carrier, and internal portals and systems. Reviews order information for accuracy and completeness, validates service details, uploads documentation, records references, maintains audit trails, and follows SLA and quality standards. Resolves missing or unclear information, supports order amendments, escalates rejected submissions or portal issues, and assigns completed orders to the Provisioning team.
