Manages relationships with brand clients, coordinates internal and external stakeholders, leads meetings, tracks KPIs and SLAs, analyzes operational data, and improves fulfillment workflows. Serves as the client-facing expert on brand operations while supporting warehouse activities and identifying opportunities for client growth. Requires strong problem-solving, communication, follow-through, and familiarity with CRM, WMS, Google Suite, and related business tools.

Supports day-to-day HR operations at a Pennsylvania facility, including onboarding, employee relations, benefits and leave administration, payroll backup, compliance auditing, policy maintenance, training documentation, investigations, disciplinary processes, and facility-level recruiting coordination. The role advises employees and managers, maintains HR records and systems, supports positive employee experiences, and ensures compliance with employment laws and company policies.
