Owns delivery of fractional COO and operational support services for multiple UK and US client organizations. Responsibilities include governance and compliance, payroll and HR administration, bookkeeping, reconciliations, financial reporting, project and people management, client communications, tool selection, workflow automation, and SOP development. The role combines hands-on execution with delegation and quality control, requiring strong independent judgment, operational competence, and the ability to create repeatable systems.

Run full-cycle recruiting for mission-driven clients: own searches from kickoff to onboarding, partner with hiring managers, build pipelines with proactive sourcing beyond LinkedIn, manage ATS pipelines in Ashby, and improve hiring processes and candidate experience. Support occasional people-operations projects and contribute to recruiting playbooks and tooling improvements.
