The role involves managing system-level requirements for safety-compliant sensing products, developing safety documentation, automating processes with Python, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Own and scale Ouster’s B2B e-commerce channel and corporate web presence. Responsibilities include launching and operating a Shopify store, managing product catalogs, pricing, promotions, conversion campaigns, KPIs, site consolidation, SEO-preserving migrations, Sanity CMS development, and agency partners. The role collaborates with product, sales, IT, legal, finance, support, and international teams to increase self-service revenue and accelerate digital execution.

Develop system-level use cases, verification and validation plans, proof-of-concept solutions, customer integrations, technical sales assets, and custom demos for LiDAR detection software. Gather customer feedback, integrate with video management systems such as Genetec and Milestone, troubleshoot product issues, and support root-cause analysis. The role also involves test automation, data analysis, mechanical fit-ups, and installations.
