Leads People strategy, operations, analytics, executive communications, and cross-functional strategic programs. Partners with the CPO and leadership team, owns People priorities and scorecards, manages internal communications, supports M&A and global expansion workstreams, and improves operating cadences. The role builds a new function in a fast-growing global technology company and requires strong executive presence, organization, communication, discretion, and people analytics expertise.

Own inbound and unassigned accounts from technical discovery through closed orders. Recommend LiDAR, camera, and perception solutions, manage a high-volume pipeline, forecast accurately, handle quotes and procurement, expand scaling customers, and collaborate with distributors, integrators, Product, and Marketing. The role requires selling technical products to engineers, researchers, developers, universities, and robotics companies while contributing to a new commercial sales playbook.

Owns end-to-end recruiting across EMEA and APAC, with a focus on sourcing technical talent, negotiating offers, building talent pipelines, and scaling hiring processes. The role partners with hiring managers and leaders, coaches teams, promotes equitable hiring, develops recruiting tools and practices, and serves as the primary recruiting contact for the company’s Paris presence.
