Responsibilities include maintaining portfolio data and KPIs, preparing reports, supporting due diligence and financial analysis, coordinating board and investor meetings, managing documents and approvals, improving workflows, and assisting the Portfolio Manager with ad hoc priorities.

Provides operational and analytical support for a venture capital portfolio, maintaining company data, KPIs, reports, documents, and internal workflows. Tracks portfolio updates and milestones, supports due diligence, financial analysis, and market research, and coordinates board meetings, investor updates, and portfolio reviews. The role partners with legal, finance, marketing, and other teams while assisting the Portfolio Manager with ad hoc priorities. This is a temporary six-to-eight-month maternity leave cover position requiring three office days weekly across Jerusalem and Tel Aviv.
