Lead the integration of a UK-wide clinical and sample supply chain network. Assess demand, capacity, suppliers, costs, risks and geographic coverage; develop forecasting and capacity models; define supplier and procurement strategies; plan mobilization and contingencies; and establish governance, KPIs and performance management. Advise executive stakeholders on network design, investment, resilience and operational priorities across clinical services, logistics, laboratories and sample storage.

Lead complex, cross-functional technology programmes spanning engineering, architecture, security, product and operations. Establish delivery plans, governance, milestones and success measures; manage dependencies, risks, competing priorities and blockers; and communicate progress and decisions to senior leaders, executives and boards. The role also strengthens programme standards and portfolio visibility while supporting agile teams and structured delivery where needed.

Manage complex, cross-functional programmes by coordinating teams, plans, dependencies, risks, stakeholders, and delivery. The roles focus either on researcher experiences across operational, commercial, growth, and product functions, or participant engagement alongside Community Engagement and Product teams. Candidates should be pragmatic, highly organized, commercially or growth-minded, and comfortable operating in ambiguity and change. Greater experience is expected for the Researcher-focused role, while the Participant role welcomes developing programme managers.
