Supports compensation administration and continuous improvement, including market benchmarking, job architecture, salary structure maintenance, compensation cycles, variable pay calculations, reporting, HRIS data validation, compliance audits, and cost modeling. Partners with HR, Payroll, HRIS, and leadership to resolve data issues, maintain accurate compensation records, support pay decisions, and communicate compensation processes and program changes.

Manages end-to-end talent acquisition activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, requisition management, job postings, hiring manager partnership, recruitment events, offer negotiation, and candidate communications. Maintains applicant tracking system accuracy and employment-law compliance while supporting positive candidate and hiring-manager experiences. Develops recruitment strategies for difficult-to-fill roles, coordinates staffing agencies, uses market data to improve hiring processes, and provides guidance to other recruiting team members.

Coordinates professional liability, insurance, and litigation claims; manages subpoenas, record requests, claim reporting, reserves, deductibles, legal expenses, and insurance applications. Supports in-house litigation counsel with discovery, correspondence, scheduling, and administrative logistics. Coordinates with attorneys, insurers, outside law firms, witnesses, and internal departments while maintaining detailed claims and incident records.
