Manages cross-functional product development projects from concept through production. Coordinates engineering, sourcing, manufacturing, vendors, customers, and partners; develops requirements, schedules, milestones, budgets, and contingency plans. Maintains BOMs, engineering change notices, project costs, and documentation; leads project meetings, phase-gate reviews, and management presentations. Requires engineering experience, project management expertise, strong communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and planning skills.

Manage cross-functional product development projects from concept through production. Coordinate engineering, sourcing, manufacturing, vendors, customers, and partners; develop requirements, schedules, milestones, budgets, and project documentation. Track costs, BOMs, engineering changes, phase-gate requirements, risks, and root-cause issues. Lead project meetings, provide status reports and monthly management reviews, and ensure projects launch on schedule and within budget.

Design and develop ruggedized analog and digital electronics from concept through production. Responsibilities include circuit design, PCB layout, embedded firmware, RF/EMC testing, component selection, test-fixture design, production support, technical sales support, and documentation (schematics, BOMs, ECNs). Collaborate with mechanical, manufacturing, and sales teams and support ongoing products and test equipment.
