Design and develop ruggedized analog and digital electronics from concept through production. Responsibilities include circuit design, PCB layout, embedded firmware, RF/EMC testing, component selection, test-fixture design, production support, technical sales support, and documentation (schematics, BOMs, ECNs). Collaborate with mechanical, manufacturing, and sales teams and support ongoing products and test equipment.

Supervise the tool room and press support for stamping production: build, repair, maintain, and troubleshoot progressive dies; schedule tryouts; train apprentices; ensure tooling performance, preventative maintenance, die changeovers, quality inspection to specs, and tooling cost quoting.

The Business Unit Manager for Stamping leads stamping operations, sales management, and the apprenticeship program, ensuring efficiency and quality across manufacturing processes.
