Lead and build logistics operations for an aerospace development program: design transportation networks, warehousing, inventory control, global trade compliance (ITAR/EAR), manage LSP contracts, implement digital visibility tools, align logistics with production, and grow a team focused on safety and continuous improvement.

Lead execution of product and supplier quality across supplier development, procurement, manufacturing, assembly, inspection, test, and aircraft build. Build and scale quality teams, drive supplier qualification and corrective actions, support flight-test assembly and certification, ensure compliance with FAA and AS9100 QMS, and partner with cross-functional teams to achieve production readiness.

The Senior Engineer will perform stress analyses, develop methodologies, review test results, and mentor junior members within the Structural Analysis department.
