The Senior Engineer will lead structural design efforts in the development of advanced aircraft, manage compliance with regulations, oversee multi-disciplinary trade studies, and mentor junior engineers.

Lead and manage a multidisciplinary Flight Sciences team to define, execute, and certify aerodynamics, performance, stability & control, aeroelasticity, flutter, aeroacoustics, and wind tunnel testing. Integrate analyses with Flight Test, Certification, Systems, Structures, and Program Management; drive technical decisions, risk mitigation, flight test correlation, and delivery of certification data packages on schedule and budget.

Support fuselage cockpit assembly builds and transition to production by creating MBOM/BOP/work instructions, executing manufacturing trials, performing DFM and producibility analyses, identifying safety/quality risks, and supporting cross-functional manufacturing engineering tasks under general supervision.
