The Payments Analyst will build data infrastructure and automate monitoring to optimize payment performance, manage vendor operations, and mitigate payments risk.

Lead the roadmap and metrics for invoice data validation, confidence scoring, and human-in-the-loop workflows. Partner with ML/data science and design to improve extraction, GL inference, and reduce exceptions while instrumenting data quality and feedback loops.

Own a product area end-to-end for an AI-native AP automation and payments platform: run discovery with customers, write specs and user stories, prioritize and partner with engineering and design, instrument success metrics, and work cross-functionally with support, sales, and customer success to iterate and improve outcomes.
