The Sales Development Representative will drive sales by sourcing, contacting, and qualifying prospects, engaging with various stakeholders, and maintaining data accuracy in Salesforce.

Oversee end-to-end processing, validation, and maintenance of invoice and workflow data. Monitor complex data workflows, identify root causes, run advanced analysis and reporting, write/optimize SQL, drive automation and process improvements, engage with customers to resolve data issues, document SOPs, and train junior staff.

Perform client identity verification and KYC/KBV reviews, assess client risk and credit limits, communicate compliance, manage chargebacks, collaborate cross-functionally, and suggest process improvements based on data.
