Partners with Account Executives throughout enterprise sales cycles, leading technical discovery, product demonstrations, pilots, pre-sale analyses, RFP responses, and security questionnaires. Translates platform capabilities into business outcomes for restaurant brands, franchisees, and technical stakeholders. Uses SQL, data analysis, experimentation, and marketplace signals to quantify opportunities and validate product impact. Collaborates with Product and Engineering while creating reusable demos, technical collateral, and ROI frameworks.

Build and maintain sales and operations dashboards and reports using SQL, Python, and BI tools. Monitor data quality, perform deep-dive analyses to generate actionable insights, communicate findings to leadership, and support implementation of sales activities.

Administer and optimize Salesforce and the broader go-to-market technology stack for Sales and Customer Experience teams. Responsibilities include managing users, permissions, layouts, validation rules, automation, and scalable Flows; building integrations with data, marketing, finance, and product systems; documenting processes; improving cross-functional handoffs; and supporting project lifecycle efficiency.
