Manage technical relationships with POS providers and restaurant partners, supporting integrations, deployments, escalations, and production issue resolution. Diagnose problems, implement configurations and workarounds, coordinate technical projects, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations, Sales, and Customer Success. Document engagements, prioritize support tickets, gather partner feedback, and develop automation and process improvements to increase reliability and operational efficiency.

Own and evolve the Revenue Recapture product to recover lost funds. Design and build end-to-end automation for dispute handling, develop scalable Java backend services and front-end experiences, increase automation through experimentation, and ensure reliability via testing, observability, and CI/CD. Collaborate with Product, Data, Operations, and Support to drive measurable outcomes.
