Design, build, and scale highly available backend services and APIs for a D2C ordering and storefront platform. Collaborate with front-end engineers and product teams to implement merchant configurations, ordering flows, and performant distributed systems.

Serve as primary contact for a book of restaurant operator accounts, resolving operational issues, reducing cancellations and inaccuracies, monitoring KPIs, and identifying upsell opportunities. Use Salesforce, Zendesk, Jira, and Google Workspace to log interactions, track metrics, and collaborate cross-functionally. Support onboarding, operator training, and coordinate with Sales on expansion efforts. Role is onsite in Bogota, working closely with the team to improve operator performance and retention.

Design, implement, and optimize scalable backend systems and APIs that power customer onboarding, licensing, entitlements, and offboarding. Ensure performance, reliability, and security; collaborate across product and design; perform code reviews, testing, and documentation; and mentor or lead junior engineers.
