Own operational excellence for a revenue recapture business by conducting root cause analyses, designing processes and playbooks, monitoring KPIs with SQL and dashboards, and partnering with Product and Engineering on workflow improvements. The role also involves cross-functional implementation, documentation, training materials, and rollout planning to improve customer and frontline-team outcomes.

Build and maintain KPI reports, dashboards, and visualizations using SQL, Python, and Looker Studio. Analyze operating metrics, model data, automate workflows, and provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to leadership. The role requires autonomous problem solving, strong communication, and close collaboration with business stakeholders. This is an onsite position based in the Bogota office, five days per week.

Own product direction and roadmaps for merchant-facing POS and administration products in Korea. Identify customer problems, prioritize opportunities, lead 0-to-1 product launches, validate product-market fit, and define success metrics. Collaborate with engineering, design, sales, and customer success teams to drive adoption, retention, and revenue outcomes.
