Leads day-to-day Finance operations, including accounting close, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, funder reporting, internal controls, audit coordination, statutory compliance, payroll oversight, and finance systems improvement. Supervises and develops Finance staff while partnering with operational leaders and the VP of Finance to provide accurate, timely financial information and support organizational decision-making.
