The Director, People Services leads HR service delivery strategy, governance, workforce administration, vendor management, analytics, knowledge management, and employee experience. The role drives operational excellence, automation, AI enablement, HR technology transformation, process improvement, and hybrid service delivery models. Responsibilities include overseeing People Services teams, managing outsourced providers, partnering with HRIS and IT, improving employee self-service, and developing organizational capabilities. The position requires 10+ years of progressive HR operations leadership and 5+ years of people management experience.

Supports FP&A leadership and executives through budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, variance analysis, financial modeling, and executive presentations. Partners with functional leaders on budgets, performance drivers, cost optimization, and strategic decisions. Coordinates financial planning calendars and Japan leadership deliverables while improving reporting processes, systems, visualizations, and predictive analytics. The role requires strong financial communication, project management, and expertise with planning, ERP, reporting, and visualization tools.

Leads the architecture, research, development, deployment, and lifecycle management of enterprise AI and machine learning solutions, including generative AI, LLMs, and agentic systems. Partners with data scientists, engineers, IT, business stakeholders, and life sciences experts to deliver reusable, compliant, production-grade solutions across pharmaceutical R&D and corporate functions. Guides AI product strategy, responsible AI, data governance, MLOps, stakeholder adoption, and technical enablement.
