This role provides hands-on exposure to People operations within a purpose-driven, hybrid fashion technology scale-up.

Analyze inventory performance and customer response to own pricing and promotion decisions. Create dashboards, set prices and coupons, support brand pricing strategies, improve pricing algorithms, and evaluate A/B tests. Use data and AI tools to generate insights and recommendations that improve sell-through and commercial performance.

Finance intern supporting financial accountants and controllers with invoice processing, supplier communication, journal entries, reconciliations, month-end procedures, financial data accuracy, and process-improvement projects. The role provides hands-on accounting and financial operations experience in a fast-paced e-commerce scale-up, with mentorship and opportunities to improve finance automation and systems.
