Build and maintain internal applications, integrations, infrastructure, and automation. Operate physical servers and self-hosted systems, troubleshoot hardware and software, manage networking and secure access, improve monitoring and reliability, and connect business platforms through APIs and webhooks. The role also supports marketing and sales lead workflows and requires practical judgment around security, access management, and production changes.

Coordinates purchase orders, vendor relationships, inbound and outbound logistics, inventory replenishment, warehouse and 3PL activity, and fleet-related procurement. Maintains ERP inventory and purchasing data, supports forecasting and reporting, tracks supplier performance, and contributes to process improvements and SOP documentation. Collaborates with dispatch, field service, finance, warehouse teams, and vendors to ensure material availability and accurate, efficient supply chain operations.
