Diagnose, maintain, commission and repair photovoltaic systems, battery storage and EV chargers. Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot remotely and on-site, support customers, document work, and collaborate with Operations and Technical Support.

Respond to German- and English-speaking customers on administrative, billing, financing, contract and basic technical issues. Coordinate with Finance, Sales and Technical Service, provide first-level remote troubleshooting, document and escalate technical cases, follow cases to resolution, assist with subsidy documentation, and identify customer experience improvements.

The HR Operations & Compliance Partner will enhance HR operations in Europe, ensuring compliance with local labor laws, managing employee relations, and improving HR processes. This role requires collaboration with leadership to support organizational changes and audits.
