Manage the full lifecycle of federal proposals, including RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, task orders, Sources Sought notices, and sole-source submissions. Coordinate business development, technical, pricing, executive, and teaming contributors; develop compliance matrices, schedules, content plans, and submission materials; lead reviews; ensure compliance and timely delivery; identify risks; research federal opportunities; and maintain proposal resources and lessons learned.

Administer, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 environments. Support sites, pages, workflows, libraries, permissions, content management, and enterprise collaboration tools. Assist with Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Automate solutions, integrations, governance, security, and compliance. Provide technical support to users and collaborate with developers, data specialists, project managers, and business stakeholders. The role requires federal program experience and eligibility for IRS staff-like access and Moderate Risk screening.

Coordinate and execute NASA and Kennedy Space Center training and career development programs. Responsibilities include administering learning management systems, maintaining training databases and records, supporting curriculum development, coordinating logistics and events, preparing reports, managing training facilities, and evaluating program accomplishments. The role also interprets program requirements, recommends implementation approaches, and resolves moderate issues independently in an in-person operational environment.
