Design and run experiments to characterize OLED and related semiconductor devices, analyze and present data, operate and troubleshoot R&D equipment, collaborate with engineers, maintain lab safety, and generate test documentation to support materials development and production readiness.

Lead IT strategy, infrastructure, security, and operations. Oversee cloud and on‑prem systems, cybersecurity, IT service management, vendor relationships, budgets, and major projects to ensure reliable, scalable, and compliant IT services.

Lead enterprise IT infrastructure selection, deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management across on-prem, cloud, and hybrid environments. Provide advanced technical support, governance, cybersecurity best practices, vendor management, asset lifecycle, identity/access management, disaster recovery, and IT policy compliance. Drive upgrades, migrations, preventative maintenance, and security awareness programs while supporting distributed and production cluster environments.
