Lead and manage multiple proposal efforts for a civil engineering firm: write/edit SOQs, RFP responses, marketing materials, and presentations. Coordinate win strategies, QA reviews, website and CRM content (Vantagepoint), public relations, branding, and project portfolio upkeep. Support business development and prepare award submissions, client responses, and presentation materials.

Provide onsite administrative support and office operations while assisting marketing, proposal coordination, and HR tasks. Duties include reception, recordkeeping, invoice flow, travel and event logistics, CRM entry, marketing materials preparation, proofreading, and proposal submission support.
