Supports the HR Manager with recruiting, onboarding, personnel records, HRIS updates, benefits and payroll documentation, performance reviews, training coordination, compliance tracking, employee communications, and engagement initiatives. The role requires confidentiality, organization, attention to detail, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. This is a part-time, fully on-site internship in Houston designed to provide hands-on experience in general human resources operations.
