Drives hotel revenue through prospecting, account management, RFP responses, relationship building, negotiation, and closing business. Manages the full sales cycle, maintains key accounts and pipelines, conducts client meetings and site tours, collaborates with revenue management, catering, and operations, and supports forecasting and reporting. The role targets corporate, association, SMERF, government, sports, and other segments while ensuring successful business turnover and client satisfaction.

Generates hotel revenue through prospecting, lead response, account management, RFPs, proposals, negotiations, and client relationship development. Manages opportunities from inquiry through booking and turnover, conducts site tours and sales calls, maintains CRM pipeline records, and collaborates with Revenue Management, Catering, and Operations to ensure successful service delivery. Supports reporting, forecasting, and achievement of sales and conversion goals.
