Lead technical execution of customer implementation projects for cloud, infrastructure, backup, disaster recovery, networking, and security solutions. Deploy, configure, test, document, and validate customer environments; troubleshoot issues; coordinate cross-functional teams; manage schedules and customer communication; and ensure smooth transition from implementation into operations.

Support, maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize enterprise network infrastructure. Configure routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs; monitor performance and security; respond to incidents; participate in maintenance, upgrades, on-call rotations, and client-facing technical support while documenting configurations and collaborating with cloud, security, and support teams.

Manage and grow assigned enterprise accounts while acquiring new logos through consultative selling to C-suite. Own full sales cycle, forecast pipeline in Salesforce, coordinate technical resources, negotiate complex contracts, and deliver cloud, DR, backup, migration, networking, and security solutions.
