Reviews contracts, scopes of work, fees, and subconsultant agreements while liaising among engineers, consultants, accounting, legal, clients, and project teams. Also provides regional office operations support.

Leads civil engineering design and delivery for transportation, transit, site infrastructure, utilities, and public works projects. Coordinates multidisciplinary teams, clients, and public agencies; applies AASHTO, ADA, MUTCD, and WSDOT standards; supports project scopes, schedules, budgets, proposals, and business development. Provides construction-phase support, mentors junior staff, and helps advance projects from concept through construction documentation and implementation.
