Coordinates design and engineering projects from startup through closeout. Supports project managers with project setup, workload planning, contract administration, invoicing, proposals, documentation, meeting coordination, deliverable tracking, and quality control. Reviews contracts, scopes of work, fees, and subconsultant agreements while liaising among engineers, consultants, accounting, legal, clients, and project teams. Also provides regional office operations support.

Leads civil engineering design and delivery for transportation, transit, site infrastructure, utilities, and public works projects. Coordinates multidisciplinary teams, clients, and public agencies; applies AASHTO, ADA, MUTCD, and WSDOT standards; supports project scopes, schedules, budgets, proposals, and business development. Provides construction-phase support, mentors junior staff, and helps advance projects from concept through construction documentation and implementation.

Lead planning, design, technical development, and delivery of multifamily, mixed-use, commercial, and community projects. Manage BIM/models, construction documents, permitting, QA/QC, site observations, and construction administration. Coordinate consultants, apply code expertise, develop envelope details, mentor staff, and support business development and sustainable design strategies.

Lead project controls for large transportation and infrastructure capital programs: develop and analyze schedules, monitor project health and risk, coordinate stakeholders, prepare executive reports and dashboards, mentor junior staff, and drive cost/schedule control and process improvements to keep multi‑discipline delivery on track.
