Supports the development, integration, testing, operation, and maintenance of simulation-based systems. Responsibilities include configuring environments; integrating software, hardware, models, databases, and third-party components; troubleshooting networks, interfaces, data flows, and performance; executing tests; analyzing logs and results; maintaining technical documentation; supporting builds, releases, and configuration management; and providing operator training and technical support.

Manage and implement the Quality Control and site-specific Safety Plans for range and airfield grounds maintenance. Conduct inspections, hazard assessments, incident reporting, enforce OSHA and AR 385-10 compliance, coordinate emergency responses, maintain safety and environmental records, and ensure personnel certifications and airfield operational safety requirements are met.
