Analyze and optimize financial performance through budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, variance analysis, KPI monitoring, and management reporting. Partner with sales and operations teams to provide insights, identify cost reduction and revenue growth opportunities, improve reporting processes, automate data workflows, and support informed business decisions. The role is onsite and reports to the Finance Manager.

Hands-on floor-based engineer supporting reliability, calibration, validation (IQ/OQ/PQ), preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and facility systems for Class III medical device manufacturing. Executes calibration and PM programs, supports investigations and CAPAs, coordinates vendors/OEMs, and develops subject-matter expertise on leak detectors, lasers, gloveboxes, gas systems, and environmental monitoring.
