Develops long-term relationships with healthcare organizations and providers, educates them about medical center services, and supports learning opportunities for students, residents, and fellows. Works primarily in the field, submits regular reports and metrics to leadership, and travels extensively throughout the region. Requires healthcare experience, prior sales, marketing, or business development experience, a bachelor’s degree, and a valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record.

Implements, configures, supports, and optimizes Oracle Fusion HCM applications. Designs workflows, develops decision-support reports, coordinates upgrades and user acceptance testing, manages vendor requirements and system development testing, provides end-user training, and serves as the organization-wide subject matter expert while building strong relationships with departments and users.

Provides confidential administrative support to the President and Board of Trustees, including calendar management, scheduling, purchasing, correspondence, meeting coordination, agendas, minutes, telephone support, and follow-up. Coordinates large group and off-site meetings while handling sensitive information and multiple priorities. Requires strong writing, interpersonal, organizational, customer service, and clerical skills in a fast-paced healthcare-related environment.
