Own vendor contracts, licensing, renewals, financial modeling, investor diligence, and onboarding for institutional partners.

First in-house talent hire owning full-cycle recruiting: scheduling, ATS management, sourcing, candidate experience, recruiter relationships, offer drafting and pre-onboarding, pipeline reporting, and building repeatable recruiting processes.

Build the entity service (central configuration plane) and its UI, design and implement a low-latency, reliable pricing system, collaborate with quants/infra/data/backend teams, ensure robust schema evolution and validation, leverage AI responsibly, and prioritize risk-averse, solution-oriented engineering to deliver best-in-market pricing.

Build and migrate services to a new IaC-driven infrastructure, improve latency, reliability, and observability, enable developer self-service, and write backend code in Go while applying security best practices.
