Own the architecture, design, simulation, layout, and validation of high-efficiency mmWave power amplifiers and transmit-chain circuitry for beamformer ICs. Drive PA performance from transistor selection through package-level behavior, addressing efficiency, linearity, thermal limits, reliability, and integration into SATCOM, radar, and 5G products.

Owns digital control, interface, calibration, monitoring, and mixed-signal circuitry for next-generation beamformer ICs. Designs RTL and transistor-level analog/mixed-signal blocks supporting RF front ends, serial interfaces, register maps, sensors, data converters, and built-in testing. Collaborates with RFIC, systems, test, and layout teams throughout architecture, verification, tapeout, and silicon bring-up.
