Provides phone and email support to business customers, resolves shipping issues, investigates root causes, communicates service updates, prepares recurring and ad hoc KPI reports, supports implementations and system updates, processes lost or damaged parcel claims, and maintains customer data in Zendesk, Salesforce, and other systems.

Drive new business and expand the company’s regional footprint by selling domestic and international package delivery solutions. Responsibilities include prospecting, conducting client meetings, presenting tailored solutions, overcoming objections, closing deals, managing onboarding, training customers, growing existing accounts, and attending industry events. The role is remote within the United States and requires overnight travel as needed.
