Teams at OSI Maritime Systems

Leads the mechanical engineering and CAD functions supporting marine navigation and bridge systems. Manages personnel, resource allocation, schedules, technical quality, CAD and PLM/PDM environments, configuration control, engineering changes, design reviews, certification testing, manufacturing support, and continuous improvement. Ensures designs meet customer, military, maritime, safety, reliability, manufacturability, cost, and schedule requirements while supporting fielded product sustainment and technical data control.

Leads the strategic roadmap, product requirements, market analysis, customer engagement, marketing, and business development support for OSI’s autonomous maritime systems. Acts as the internal and external subject matter expert, evaluates opportunities, develops win strategies, supports demonstrations and communications, and contributes to revenue growth. Requires experience with military or government customers and uncrewed surface or underwater vessels.

Leads technical execution for software feature teams delivering mission-critical navigation and tactical systems. Oversees requirements, design, implementation, testing, release, technical prioritization, architecture alignment, risk mitigation, and delivery timelines. Partners with project managers and cross-functional teams, improves testing and automation practices, and mentors software engineers while ensuring reliable, high-quality releases.
