Manage end-to-end provider payer enrollment, revalidations, demographic updates, delegated credentialing, and enrollment maintenance across commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid plans. Maintain provider data, licensing records, and compliance documentation; coordinate with payers, credentialing organizations, and internal teams; conduct audits; monitor metrics; resolve enrollment issues; and improve workflows. Support provider licensing, DEA and CDS registrations, certifications, malpractice coverage, and cross-state compliance.
