Designs, implements, and improves cost-effective manufacturing processes, tooling, and production methods; leads product launch activities, conducts process analysis, trains staff, prepares manufacturing documentation, and supports cross-functional teams to improve quality, efficiency, and reduce costs.

Manage and maintain the quality management system, ensure compliance with standards (ISO 9001), analyze performance data, lead corrective actions, liaise with auditors and stakeholders, supervise technical testing, and support new product introduction via APQP.

Perform hands-on warehouse quality inspection and sampling, train staff on gauges and inspection procedures, audit paperwork and gauges, support safe launch and PPAP/ISO compliance, collect inspection data, and act as backup floor lead for shipping/receiving.
