Partner with engineering, data science, clinical coding, finance, network operations, and vendors to prioritize investments, define operating models, improve data transparency, and deliver products that reduce costs and support high-quality provider data.

Own product strategy for provider experience or network growth and performance. Lead complex cross-functional initiatives, define roadmaps, prioritize investments, develop operating models, and partner with Product, Design, Engineering, Network, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Data Science. Build healthcare provider workflow, servicing, contracting, or network-management capabilities while using data and technology to improve operational efficiency and business outcomes.

Leads provider network recruitment and expansion for non-anchor providers, ECPs, FQHCs, medical groups, and practitioners. Oversees network adequacy, access metrics, recruitment pipelines, regulatory coverage, and cross-functional coordination with contracting, strategy, legal, operations, and market leadership. Builds and manages a high-performing network development team while supporting compliant, profitable growth across commercial, ACA, and Medicare products.
