Lead mechanical/HVAC design and project management for consulting engagements. Prepare proposals and contracts, manage work plans and teams, perform HVAC load calculations (Trace/HAP), size equipment, develop duct/piping details, coordinate disciplines, review submittals/RFIs, perform field verifications, and support business development and client meetings.

Design and document HVAC systems for commercial and institutional projects including load calculations, equipment selection, duct/piping layouts, specifications, coordination with vendors and disciplines, construction administration, and field verification across SD, DD, and CD phases.

Perform full roadway/highway design (horizontal/vertical alignments, drainage, MOT, typical sections, cross sections, pavement marking/signing) for Ohio projects; mentor junior engineers, coordinate with clients and subconsultants, provide occasional field construction observation and RFIs, and apply AASHTO/ODOT criteria using civil design software.
